Role overview:
As a Managed Services Sales Consultant specialising in redpalm’s MSP offerings, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing in new clients and developing existing client relationships, understanding their technological needs, to strategically position our services for maximum customer benefit. This position requires a proactive, client-centric approach to drive sales, retain clients, and contribute to our continuous growth.
Key responsibilities:
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their technology needs.
• Collaborate closely with the technical and support teams, to create tailored solutions and proposals that align with the clients’ requirements.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve targets by leveraging redpalm’s service offerings.
• Continuously assess client satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address any client issues or concerns as the primary contact.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, to enhance our services and maintain a competitive edge.
• Utilise CRM tools to track sales activities, manage client information, and generate an accurate pipeline.
Requirements:
• Proven success in a sales or client management role within the IT services or Managed Service Provider industry.
• Strong knowledge of MSP solutions, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Have an understanding of technical terminology used within the industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
