All Redpalm maintenance support contracts are delivered through a single point of contact utilising the comprehensive range of skills and resources within our dedicated 24/7 service desk. From here all incidents are managed and dealt with in the most efficient and time effective manner. Our multi-vendor approach is delivered through a wide network of experienced field engineers providing break-fix contracts to compliment any of our storage solutions vendors. With a range of European-wide Service Level Agreements to choose from, we should be able to match a support contract with any customer requirement.

Aside from onsite maintenance, we offer customers a service desk support option that can handle software support and troubleshooting. This is a particularly popular service on data storage equipment, as it provides our customers with the means to make a single telephone call even if they’re in a multi-vendor environment. Our Service Desk provides a 24/7 support service that can either be used in conjunction with our own onsite maintenance or integrated with direct manufacturer support. This provides flexibility to manage multiple manufacturer’s support services, that can often be compulsory on purchase of their equipment. Our Service Desk operators will troubleshoot to identify if it is a software or hardware fault, and then talk to the various vendors on your behalf. We can tailor a service desk to integrate with most vendor support packages, and provide you with an overarching Service Level Agreement.
