Redpalm’s portfolio of value-added IT services are designed with one goal in mind; to deliver real-world benefit to your business.

An extra pair of hands

With increasing pressure on IT to complete projects within a tight deadline, and often such a broad range of technical competencies required to complete the task, more and more customers are realizing the tangible benefit in working with us to provide engineers as an outsourced service.

Redpalm offers a full range of onsite network installation, software re-build and system healthcheck services, and can provide resource skills ad hoc or according to a regular schedule, placing onsite personnel from junior desktop engineers to expert network consultants.

With a wide network of trained engineers located across the UK and Europe, Redpalm have the necessary infrastructure for all types of onsite engineer projects.

In the past this has been an expensive way of working, as the companies providing this service, put simply, charge too much for engineer time. Here at Redpalm, we′ve carefully studied the market, and believe things could be a lot better for the customer. That is why we′ve created a Rates Card that we believe is the most competitive on the market today. We don′t think costs other suppliers charge are fair, and have worked with our network of engineers to ensure we′ve negotiated a fair deal for all. The Redpalm Engineer Rate Card allows you to budget and plan for future projects and resource by providing you with a quick point of reference to check any costs for virtually any work that you envisage you′ll need.

We can supply all levels of engineers from lower end box shifters (IMAC) through to high end CCIE’s and CCVP, and provide resource for contracts of any length from an afternoon installing routers, right through to 12 months anywhere in the UK and Europe. Our turnaround time from receiving the requirement is approximately 4-6 hours.
