An opportunity to develop an IT sales career exists for an individual who will play an instrumental role in an aggressive growth phase at Redpalm Technology Services, offering excellent career progression as we expand. The successful candidate will receive extensive training to progress through our generous commission structure with OTE of £100k+ p.a. within 3 years. Salary potential is uncapped and first year target is £30-£40k. As a Sourcing Consultant, your role is to facilitate ongoing IT requirements of business customers. Through becoming synonymous with reliability and trust you will ensure repeat custom, developing lasting relationships with IT buyers across all sectors. Predominantly selling products and services to the mid-market, you will work with leading vendors such as HP, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Lenovo, Vmware, IBM, Citrix, Netapp, and many more. Continuing vendor training will enable you to sell pioneering technology in areas such as Networking, IP Telephony, Video Conferencing, Unified Communications, Data Security, Virtualized Desktop and Servers, Storage, and Digital Signage.

We’re looking for candidates with proven communications skills who can quickly develop excellent relationships with customers, dealing with all aspects of the supply chain. We need people who can represent our customers’ interests by delivering the right technology at a competitive price, while managing vendors, distributors, technical resource, and logistics.

As well as looking after existing customers, you will develop new business via proactive channels including email, telephone, internet, in person, and social media. The job is on average 75% office and 25% field based and you are encouraged to meet customers to strengthen relationships and discuss projects Desired Skills & Experience

Relevant sales or customer experience is desirable, preferably in a B2B IT environment. Education to degree standard is considered a significant advantage.
